IRMA Degree disregarded by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.

I had applied for LPG Distributorship of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(HPCL) for Bhagalpur(Bihar) location aganisat advertisement in Hindustan Newspaper dated 19/01/2009. After verification of all papers I was called for interview on 28/07/09. The result was published on 30/07/09 on its website. The result gave me a big stroke. The brocher states marking on educational qualification as follows:
1. Post Graduation in Management
2. Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management
3. Graduation in Engineering
4. Graduation in Law
5. Chartered Accountant
If a candidate is having any of the above qualifications he/she will get highest possible marks i.e. 15.
A simple Post Graduate will get 12 Marks.
I was awarded 12 marks for my educational qualification!! The argument they say is my certificate says it is a Diploma and I don’t belong to IIMs. Whereas the candidates from Local universities were given full 15 marks. This was done intentionally to favour one Particular candidate otherwise I was to be awarded the distributorship. This 3 valuable marks put me to 6th position from 1st!! My grievances are how one can give less marks to an IRMA graduate than an M.B.A. degree holder from any ordinary university? I want to remind to HPCL that this is the institute whose Alumni are Daughter of India's Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh, Son of Delhi Chief Minister Smt.Sheela Dixit, Shri Sandeep Dixit (Currently M.P.,Delhi) and More importantly "Milk Man of India"Dr.Vergese Kourien is the founder of the institute!!!! It appears HPCL does not have proud for "Institutes of Excellence" of India whereas the institute has international standing.Any Idea on how to fight my case?
